Somewhere in the house I've lost my notebook trhat has all the place names, etc. of my Hawaiian trip - as soon as I find it I will identify things better!

First stop - Maui - to visit with my cousin and her family. First chance to meet hubby and daughter! I figured I was this close, I'd better take the opportunity to visit.

Next stop - Kauai, the oldest of the Hawaiian islands - to do some mudcloth teaching. My hostess, tour guide, and director of activities during my stay started me out with a 2-hour tour of the island along the coast... and ended my stay with a 3 hour tour up into the mountains.

Final stop - Hawaii - the Big Island - to participate in an 'artist camp' with fiber folks from Australia and the US. A day in Hilo to start the adventure, then a week at the Kilauea Military Camp in the Volcano National Park, ending with another day in Hilo while waiting for the flight home.
